Dashboard Updates
Home Screen
The Home tab will be updated to include a summary of Apps, Forms, and Submissions at the top of the screen. The analytics will now be split into a simplified view underneath the summary cards.
Environments List
The Environments drop-down will be moved to the side navigation, above the Home tab.
Static Navigation Menu Changes
The new side navigation will have a few changes to the top menu:
Forms
Info Pages and Form Templates will be part of the creating/managing Forms screen.
- Form Templates: These will be accessed on the Builder tab when creating a form.
- Info Pages: The Info Page menu will be removed, consolidating info pages and forms. To create an info page simply create a form with only informational elements (Headings, Images, Information, and Sections). We have added logic for forms with only informational elements to operate the same as prior info pages; this is to ensure that there is no difference in end-user experience. We have also migrated all existing info pages into forms to ensure you are still able to use, manage, and edit your info pages.
Submissions
A new Submissions tab will show in the side menu. This functionality is now separate from the Forms management screen and can be used to filter submissions by specific apps and forms. By default, this menu will display all submissions for the environment. Some functionality such as mass replays and extracts are only available when filtering to a specific form.
Data Manager, Approvals, & Volunteers
The Solutions menu will no longer appear in the new menu and instead, Data Manager, Approvals, and Volunteers will be separate tabs.
Data Manager Data has moved from the Forms tab to the Data Manager menu under the Data tab. From here you can select the form you want to view. Once you select the form, all functionality is the same as prior to the change.
New Collapsible Menu
A new collapsible menu will be available underneath the top static menu. This will be where the Advanced, Administration, and Contact sections of the current menu will live.
Lists
There will be a new Lists option underneath the Advanced Tools section. This will be where the Custom lists functionality now lives, instead of under Option Sets as it is currently. Option sets will continue to function as normal in the Developer Tools menu, but now non-developers can utilize Lists to create the same outcome using a simpler method.
