Form Submission Titles

The submission title can be used to add a more descriptive title to your submission it can include metadata from the form (such as the Form Name) and content from the form (such as Name and Email).

 

The submission title will be used as the title for any approvals created as part of the form submission. This can also be searched in the Approvals app making it easy for you to find the approvals you are looking for. The submission title will also replace the default draft name when a user saves a draft of the form and the is also visible in the Submissions menu.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Forms tab and select the applicable form or create a new form
    select form.
  2. On the Summary tab, scroll down to the Submission Title section
    Submission Title.
  3. Add a custom default title for submissions
    Example Submission Title.
    Note: Click the question mark icon to view a list of supported Data Injection elements.

  4. Scroll up and click Save
    save button.
  5. The new submission title will now display in the following locations:
    • Approvals screen:
      Approval title.
    • Drafts page:
      Draft Title.
