Share a Form

The Share feature allows you to send a link and QR code for a form to a user's email address. This provides an easy way to share a form with users. 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Forms in the left navigation panel
    Forms menu.
  3. Select the form
    Select form.
  4. Navigate to the Summary tab
    Summary tab.
  5. Under the Information section select Share next to the form link
    Share icon next to form link.
  6. Enter the Email Addresses of the users you want to share the form with and click Send
    Email addresses fields and send button.
  7. The users will receive an email with the QR code and link to the form
    Shared form email.
