With the Productivity Suite integrations, you are able to use Power Automate (MS Flow), Hosted Webhooks, HPE Content Manager, and more. These can be used to integrate with a number of systems. Most of these require time, configuration and technical knowledge. If you need to quickly and easily access your form submission data, you can use the extract to get the submissions straight from the Cloud storage.
- Navigate to the form and select the Submission History tab
- Select a date range and click Search
- This will display all the submissions for that time period. Click Extract
What to do with the data
JSON is a commonly used standard text-based format. It can also be easily converted into a CSV, to be imported into your Google Sheets, Excel spreadsheet, databases, or analytics tools.
