All apps are able to be used while offline. After downloading the app as a Progressive Web Application (PWA), the app will be cached onto the device allowing full access to all app features while offline. 

Pending Queue

When you submit a form while offline, the form is placed in a Pending queue. The pending queue will automatically submit once an internet connection becomes available. App users will get a notification when submitting offline, notifying them that the form will be stored on the device.

Users are able to view their pending queue via the Pending menu. This will display the list of pending forms, the date and time they were submitted, and a delete option. 

Lookups Exception

Everything in CivicOptimize will work while offline out of the box. The only exception to this is data and element lookups. Lookups utilize external Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), which cannot be targeted while offline. View more information on Lookups.
