Productivity offers built-in integration to CP Pay, allowing CivicPlus Clients to quickly and easily integrate with their payment gateway of choice. You can set up this integration in your account in three easy steps.
- In the Productivity Console, navigate to the Integrations menu and select Setup Integration on the CP Pay card.
- Add the Client ID and Client Secret of the desired payment gateway and click Save
Note: You must have CP Pay set up in order to obtain your Client ID and Client Secret. If you are interested in using CP Pay, contact your CSM to get started.
- On a form that is going to utilize this gateway, add a CP Pay Submission Event from the Submission Event tab. Select the payment element that will be used for the total payment amount for the form.
