Overview
This article will show you how to add pages to a form. Forms can be broken up into separate pages to help streamline and organize the flow of the form.
Important Note
Pages require a title and at least one element.
Instructions
- Create a form or Modify an existing form
- On the Builder tab, click Add Page
- Fill out the Page Details
- Page Title: Add a short and descriptive title
- Show Conditionally: Toggle on if you want the page to only display if certain conditions are met
- Add elements to the new page in two ways:
- Click Add New Element to create elements for your new page
- Move existing elements from the first page of the form
- Click Add New Element to create elements for your new page
- To rename the title of the first page, click Page 1
- Edit the Page Title
- Click Save
- Click Preview to view the pages on your form
- Page titles will be available in a drop-down at the top and small navigation dots with Back and Next arrows will appear at the bottom
