Add an Organization in the Volunteer Solution

This article will show you how to create a Volunteer organization.

Important Note

• You must have Solution Manager permissions in your role. 

Instructions

1. Navigate to Volunteers
   
   
2. Click Launch
   
   
3. Log in to your Volunteer Solution with your Organizational Administrator credentials
4. Click the Profile button
   
5. Choose Administration
   
   
6. Select the Add Organization (+ button) in the lower right corner
   
7. Complete the Add Organization fields

   

   • Logo: Upload a logo for the organization
   • Name: Enter the name of the organization
   • Website URL: Provide a link to the organization's website
   • Contact Email Address: If desired, add an email address
   • Contact Phone Number: If desired, add a phone number
8. Click Submit
   
   
9. Repeat steps 6-8 for each organization you wish to create
