Volunteer automates the connection between residents and local organizations, driving civic engagement in communities through a modern, easy-to-use app experience.
Each organization has the ability to post opportunities where constituents can submit their applications to be reviewed by the organization based on their interests, abilities, and schedule.
Permission Levels
The solution provides features for three personas/experiences:
Solution Manager: Configure the app settings and add Organizations and Organization Admins
Organization Administrator: Create, manage, and approve/deny volunteer listings
End-User (Volunteers): Browse/filter/search, apply, and log completed volunteer opportunities
