Learn how you can approve, decline, or export applicants on your Volunteer Solution.
Instructions
- Navigate to Volunteers
- Click Launch
- If necessary, log in with your Organizational Administrator credentials
- Click the Profile button
- Choose Administration
- On your Organizations page, select View on the relevant listing
- Click Applicants to view the pending, approved, and denied applications
- View the list of applications
- Click an applicant's name to view their Volunteer Profile
- Click Approve to approve applicants
Note: Approve the maximum number of volunteers for your listing (configured when you created the listing) - Click Decline to notify pending applicants who were not selected that the listing has been filled
- To export a list of volunteers, locate and click the Export button to export a CSV file of applicants
