File Upload Size Restrictions

CivicOptimize does not have a hard limit of uploaded file sizes, but there are some things to consider when uploading larger size or numerous files.

• The embedded storage type devices can run into memory limitations
• Uploading very large files can take time, preventing the form from being submitted
• Uploading multiple images at a time can cause the size of the PDF to go over 10mb which would cause the email + PDF submission event to fail
