The Scheduling feature allows people to book time on calendars via a form submission. Scheduling can be used to book appointments with internal staff, or even book time with equipment or locations.
CivicOptimize supports Gmail, Office 365, Outlook, and iCloud.
- Navigate to the Scheduling tab
- Click the Add Provider button in the bottom right corner
- Enter your Email address and click Log in
- Sign in with your account
- Click Accept to allow access to your account
- Note: This is required to ensure bookings can be created updated and removed from your calendar
- You can now Create a Scheduling Page for the provider
