Overview
Scheduling Pages can be added for specific Providers. The scheduling page allows you to configure the details for the event or appointment people can book.
Instructions
- Navigate to Scheduling
- If needed, add a Scheduling Provider
- Select Configure on the applicable provider
- Click Add Scheduling Page
- Fill out the Event Info fields
- Event Name: Add a name for the new events
- Location: Specify where the event will take place
- Event Length: Set the length of the event in minutes or hours
- Click Next
- Set the Availability
- When events can be booked: Choose the days of the week and the time range that events can be added
- How far in the future: Select how many days, weeks, or months in advance an event can be booked
- Where to create the booking page: If needed, adjust the URL for the booking page
- Click Create
- The scheduling page will be added, click Edit for more configuration options
- Navigate through the options on each tab:
- Event Info:
- Title: If needed, adjust the event title
- Location: Note the event location
- Duration: Set the length of calendar events created by the page
- Min. Booking Notice: The amount of time the event must be planned into the future
- Min. Cancel Notice: The minimum amount of time before an event that the guest is allowed to cancel via the booking page
- Future Limit: The number of days into the future events should be allowed
- Buffer Time: The amount of time that should be kept between events on your calendar to allow a break between meetings
- Cancellation Policy: This text appears when users cancel a booking and are asked to provide a quick reason for cancellation
- Calendars: Select a calendar from the drop-down to add the events to
- Opening Hours:
- Time Zone: Time zone for opening hours and new events. Your invitees will see your availability in their local time zone.
- Opening Hours: Meetings can only be booked during your opening hours when there are no conflicts on your availability calendars.
- Page Styles:
- Company name: Your company name appears in the page title and is shown when the page is embedded on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Company logo: Your company logo appears in the header of the booking page. For best results, choose an image larger than 300 x 150px.
- Custom page slug: This changes the unique URL of your booking page
- Theme color: The accent color used on your page. You may want to match the color to the logo.
- Submit button label: The text of the large 'Booking' button
- Thank you message: The text appears after customers create bookings
- Event Info:
- Click Save & Exit
- Select View to preview the page
- You can now Add a Scheduling Event to a Form
