Email Templates allow you to customize the body for your Email and Email + PDF submission events. This allows you to modify the default body, add your own custom email body, and add content from the form submission.
Once created, Approval Email Templates can be added to an Approval Flow on a form.
Instructions
- Navigate to Advanced Tools > Email Templates
- Click Add Email Template in the bottom right-hand corner
- Enter a Label for the email template
- Select Approvals - Clarification Request from the Template Type drop-down
- Select the Environment you wish to add the template to
- Add content to the template using the Editor or HTML options
- Use Default: You can also click Use Default to add the standard approvals email content to the template.
- Parameters: You are able to include Parameters from the approval in the email body. These include items such as notes, the form name, submission ID, etc.
- Use Default: You can also click Use Default to add the standard approvals email content to the template.
- Click Save
